Digital Hotelier was approached by a privately owned collection of 20 luxury hotels, headquartered in the UK. Whilst they were achieving high occupancy rates, they were heavily reliant on online travel agencies.
Aside from a high commission bill, rate leakage was leading to declining ADRs and undermining the premium image of the properties. The owners wanted to launch a premium membership proposition, but a lack of first-party guest data was a challenge in achieving their goals.
Over the next three years, Digital Hotelier worked in partnership with the hotel management team, redesigning their websites, implementing the HotelierDirect booking engine and building data and insights through HotelierAi. We revolutionised their corporate business, launched their loyalty programme, drove direct demand through digital marketing and managed their reputation through reviews and social media management.
